The LUNOMAT from LUNOS receives the passive house certificate
The LUNOMAT has been certified as a passive house component by the Passive House Institute. Because of the possibility of doing without a separate heating system, passive houses place high demands on the quality of the components used. A highly efficient ventilation device with heat recovery is a necessary component for comfort ventilation in the passive house. This is exactly what the LUNOMAT has now been certified by LUNOS for.
With a highly efficient enthalpy heat exchanger and a heat recovery rate of up to 95%, the LUNOMAT is the professional for providing fresh air to living spaces. Thanks to the interchangeable filters of classes F7 and F9, it can be adapted to a wide variety of requirements. The pressure-resistant and highly efficient ec-radial motors are also suitable for volume flows of up to 125 m³ / h and thus defy even strong air pressures on the coast or at high altitudes.
As an independent body, the Passive House Institute tests and certifies products with regard to their suitability for use in passive houses. Products bearing the “Passive House Suitable Components” certificate are tested according to uniform criteria, are comparable in terms of their characteristic values and are of excellent energy quality. Using them makes the planner’s job much easier and makes a significant contribution to ensuring the perfect functioning of the resulting passive house. The Passive House Institute was founded in 1996 by Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Feist and is an independent research institute. The institute now occupies a leading international position in the research and development of building concepts, building components, planning tools and in the validation of particularly energy-efficient buildings.
